| We all treasure being graced with legs and should enterprise to fortify and tone them. Here are five best exercises to have lean toned leg muscles. 1.Circle one leg Lie down on your back and lift your left leg towards the ceiling. You can bend your left leg a bit or put your feet on the floor and bend your right knee to improve your stability. Repeat the activity clockwise three times then anticlockwise three times and then switch legs. 2.Inner thigh lift Lie on your left side with your body in a straight line, you will pull forward your legs some inches. Now hold your right ankle with your right hand and raise your left leg by some inches whilst you breathe. Lower your leg whilst breathing out and repeat the activity for a number of times before you switch sides. 3.Side kick Lie on your left side with your body in a straight line. You can move your legs forward some inches. Repeat the activity a number of times before you switch sides. 4.Using sorcery circles Sit upright on a bench and cross your arms before you. Squeeze the circle in with your thighs whilst you breathe, and count 3. And whilst breathing out, squeeze it out and count three. Repeat. Place the exercise ball between your shins and lie down on your back. Inhale : raise your legs up towards the ceiling Exhale : lower your legs a bit after you squeeze the ball Inhale : contract your feet Repeat for a number of times. .
